Polifarma with Discovering Digital Health (DDH) wins the Best Multitarget & Multichannel Project award and competes for the ultimate prize: the title of Innovation of The Year.
With this project, our intent was to support the doctors with a customized training and update program about all the most important digital news and tools that can help to improve the daily medical practice.
In other words, DDH is a window on the Digital Health world that is constantly available to doctors with the purpose of improving their lifelong learning.
