After an unusual winter season, we definitely need to have a relaxing break away from the daily routine.

  • If you travel abroad, try to consume only well-cooked food and packaged drinks in order to avoid the so-called "traveler's diarrhea"

  • Consume food rich in fibre
  • Drink a lot of water
  • Increase physical activity 

Consumption of fibre-rich food should always be combined with good hydration. Indeed, without an adequate supply of water the fibres can increase swelling and constipation. Lastly, it is always a good rule to contact your doctor and avoid do-it-yourself treatments.
