HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Ensures:
- the correct application of the contractual rules and compliance with legal obligations in the starting, management and termination of employment stage in respect of company policies;
- the line has the continuity of staff qualitatively and quantitatively necessary to achieve specific objectives and those of the company in general;
- relations with local trade union organisations to achieve the company’s goals in respect of corporate policies.
Furthermore:
- contributes to the application of and compliance with the law relating to health, safety and the environment by participating in the formulation of appropriate interventions;
- provides for the setting up and management of work disputes;
- maintains an adequate communication system with staff to ensure a climate of participation and high productivity;
- proposes plans for organisational development in line with the company’s general policy;
- sets, by working with staff in other posts, training and development plans for the staff of the competent operating unit.
HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
Develops, in the context of their area of competence and with the personnel manager, plans and specific programmes in accordance with company policies starting from the identification of needs until the concrete application of the project.
Applies and manages the guidelines, issued by the manager, in order to ensure the necessary development and support for the line.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Follows and performs the operations relating to staff administration, processing/verifying data relating to: holiday/presence counts, meritocratic measures, meal vouchers, travel reimbursements, social security contributions/insurance and calculating settlements.
Provides clarification on salaries and contributes to improving the processing system.
Collabora con il responsabile alla elaborazione dei dati preventivi, consuntivi e statistici sul costo del lavoro.
Works closely with the person responsible for processing forecast, final balance and statistical data on labour costs.
Maintains contacts with public bodies regarding ordinary administrative practices.
