Our values
Polifarma S.p.A. is one of the most established industrial players in the Italian pharmaceutical landscape.
Since 1919, we have operated with passion and responsibility to deliver effective therapeutic solutions, with a vision focused on innovation and people’s health.
We are part of Final, the holding company led by Luisa Angelini, who serves as Chairwoman of the Group.
Our business model is structured across five Business Units – Primary Care, Cardio, Ofta, Hospital, and International – active in key therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular health, central nervous system, gastroenterology, and ophthalmology.
In each of these areas, we distribute high-quality pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and dietary supplements.
In 2022, we established our Bio-Digital Research & Development division, with the goal of creating new therapeutic solutions that integrate pharmaceuticals with clinically validated digital tools, including CE-certified software-based medical devices (SaMDs).
Today, Polifarma is part of an integrated pharmaceutical group, made up of:

- Polifarma Benessere S.r.l.
- Hennig Arzneimittel GmbH & Co. KG, a German company acquired in 2025
Together, we manage the entire pharmaceutical value chain – from research and development to production, marketing, scientific communication, and retail distribution.
