Polifarma S.p.A., member of Confindustria Medical Devices trade association of manufacturers and distributors of medical devices, in accordance with the provisions of the current Code of Ethics of Confindustria Medical Devices has adopted its own internal procedures to ensure that collaborative relationships with the health and scientific sector comply with the above written criteria.

Starting from 2021, Polifarma S.p.A., in accordance with the Code of Ethics of Confindustria Medical Devices, undertakes to make public every year - by 30 June - on its institutional website the amount of transfers of value, carried out in the year preceding that of publication directly or indirectly in favor of professionals, healthcare organizations and third parties based in Italy.

You can access the data - published in full compliance with the Italian legislation on data processing - relating to the individual health professionals who have signed the consent and, in aggregate form, to all the others. In order to guarantee compliance with the Privacy legislation, the data published for the only purpose for which they were communicated cannot be indexed on search engines.

The data published by Polifarma S.p.A. are recorded in compliance with current VAT legislation, are shown net of VAT and published on an accruals basis.

These relations, in addition to being governed by national and international regulations, are based on mutual respect for roles in Farmindustria's transparent framework of professional conduct rules, which set strict controls carried out according to precise instruction procedures by third party organisations, presided over by magistrates appointed by the President of the Court of Cassation.
On June the 30th of every year, the data related to the collaboration between Polifarma S.p.A., the Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and the Healthcare Organisations (HCOs) will be available on our website.

You can access the data - published in full respect of the Italian Data Protection Act - related to individual professionals who have signed consent and, in aggregated form for all others.

The information outlined in this EFPIA form of value transfers publication reflects our commitment to meeting the requirements laid down by the EFPIA code on the transparency of value transfers and its transposition to the Farmindustria Code of Ethics.
